皇家膠黏劑&密封劑公司(Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC)日前宣布成功收購美國ASI公司(Adhesive Systems Inc.)的資產(chǎn)。

　　2015年4月，隸屬阿森納資本合伙人投資組合的皇家控股有限公司宣布通過英國科莫林公司子公司從維塔集團(tuán)購得CIL的股份。CIL位于英國普萊斯頓，是高性能膠黏劑研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的領(lǐng)軍者，產(chǎn)品用在汽車和工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的橡膠與金屬、橡膠與塑料、橡膠與纖維、橡膠與玻璃的粘結(jié)。
