Tecman Adds a Thermally Conductive Acrylic Foam Tape into its Bond44 Range of Vhpb Tapes

Tecman has launched a new thermally conductive acrylic foam tape into their Bond44 range of Vhpb tapes. Part of the Vhpb (very high performance bond) range, its thermally conductive properties are designed to offer superior transfer of heat from component to heat sinks. Its Vhpb bond strength makes it the preferred choice forbonding and mounting components to heat-sinks.

Product features include Vhpb adhesive properties which provide excellent strength for components, suitability for outdoor use, very good thermal conductivity and has a conformable foamed acrylic carrier for improved surface contact.

Common uses are bonding heat generated components to heat sinks or other cooling devices and mounting LED light strips and units. Replacement of thermal grease and mechanical fixtures, use within chip on board assemblies and thermal transfer in battery cell units.
